Certain conditions will require referral to a specialist physician for definitive diagnosis or treatment. This may be a one-time referral for a particular diagnostic test or treatment or an ongoing referral for management of a condition not routinely addressed by Primary Care Providers.

- Destruction of Warts and Certain Other Skin Lesions (Cryosurgery)
In-Office Diagnostics:
- Digital 12-Lead ECG (Electrocardiogram)
- Digital 14-Day Holter Monitor (Ambulatory Electrocardiography)
- Digital Spirometry (Evaluation of Lung Function; Asthma / COPD Evaluation/Management)
- Rapid Diagnostic Testing: Pregnancy Test, Influenza, COVID, Mononucleosis, Urinary Tract Infections, Strep Throat, etc.
- Full-Time, In-Office Phlebotomist for collection of diagnostic specimens (blood and urine samples, etc.)
When immediate diagnostic testing is needed, we have instant access to the Laboratory and Radiology facilities in the CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth Outpatient Pavilion. Our office connects to this state-of-the-art facility through a skywalk. We also have access to all other local diagnostic testing facilities in Southeast Texas.
